Biography and Filmography
After studying architecture in the United States, Thomas Ducastel graduated from the Master Scenario at Paris-Nanterre in 2017. His first short film, “Monsieur” (2019), won the CNC residency grant and the Sofilm / Canal + musicals collection . It was presented at the Clermont-Ferrand, Angoulême and Aubagne festivals and selected at LGBTQ festivals in New York, Beijing, Saint Petersburg, Montreal, Santiago, Fortaleza and Seattle. In 2020, he worked as a screenwriter for the series “Mythos” (France TV Slash). Thomas Ducastel also is a writer and script consultant for Universal, Focus Features, UGC and several production companies.
