The programmer’s eye
La mort de Danton follows Steve, a 25-years-old man from the cité des 3000 of Aulnay-sous-bois, when he starts an acting apprenticeship at the Cours Simon, a theatre school among the most prestigious ones in France. Each day, he takes the RER and joins the golden lives of well-born Parisian children. Towards Tenderness gives a voice to young people from Seine-Saint-Denis who are not usually heard when they evoke love. Two intimist documentaries with great modesty, sensibility and sincerity.
