Obey

Obey immerses us into the 2011 London riots through the encounter of Leon, a young black man and avid boxer coming from a complicated family, and Twiggy, a white anarchist activist woman breaking with her rather more privileged environment. Tense, realistic and heart-wrenching, the film noisily and furiously describes all the colors and possible involvements of its status ; to obey, but what ? Family ? Friendship ? Own desire ? Society ?
