Valeria Golino

Born in Naples, Valeria Golino is an actress, director and producer. In 1986, she
won the Best Actress Award at the Venice Film Festival for Stria d’Amore by Francesco
Maselli. She then began a career in Hollywood and starred with, among others, Tom
Cruise (Rain Man), Charlie Sheen (Hot Shots!), Nicolas Cage (Leaving Las Vegas) and
Kurt Russell (Escape from L.A.). Since the 2000s, she has been mostly working in Italy
(Respiro, Quiet Chaos) and France (Ca$h, Les Beaux Gosses). In 2013, she directed
her first film Miele, selected in the Un Certain Regard section of the Cannes Festival.
Recently awarded with the Volpi Cup for Best Actress during the last edition of the
Venice Film Festival for Por Amo Vostro (directed by Giuseppe M. Gaudino), Valeria
Golino honors us with her presence as Head of Jury of the features competition.

Thomas Salvador

Born in 1973 in Paris, Thomas Salvador is an actor, writer,
director and sometimes mountaineer, dancer and acrobat.
He interprets and produces well-known short films - Une rue
dans sa longueur (Festival Entrevues of Belfort in 2000), Là
ce jour, Petit pas (Quinzaine des Réalisateurs in 2003), De
sortie (Jean Vigo Award in 2006) - that have been the subject
of retrospectives at the French Cinematheque and the Côté
Court Festival in Pantin. In 2014, he directed his first feature
film Vincent, Grand Jury Prize at the fifib.

Clémence Poésy

Clémence Poésy studied acting at the Conservatoire
National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique de Paris before starting
her career in Bienvenue chez les Rozes (directed by Francis
Palluau, 2003). She played Marie Stuart in the miniseries
Gunpowder Treason and Plot and quickly gained international
recognition when she played the part of Fleur Delacour in the
Harry Potter series. She had since been acting in French (La
Troisième partie du monde, Jeanne captive, Le Grand jeu)
and international films (In Bruges, 127 hours) as well as TV
series (Gossip Girl, The Tunnel) for theater (Je danse toujours,
directed by Étienne Guichard).

Pierre-Alexandre 'Yuksek" Busson

Yuksek (Pierre-Alexandre Busson) is a French composer
and producer of electronic music. After several singles and
two LPs (Away From The Sea - Barclay, 2009 and Living on
the Edge of Time - Barclay, 2011), he created his own label,
Partyfine, in 2013. Since 2014, he composes film scores such as
the one for Marguerite et Julien, directed by Valérie Donzelli,
which has been presented in the official selection of Cannes
Festival in 2015.

Céline Schiamma

Born in 1978, Céline Sciamma graduated in Script-writing
in La Fémis. Her first feature, Water Lilies, is presented at Un
Certain Regard and won the Louis Delluc Prize for best first
feature. Tomboy opened the Panorama section at the Berlinale
in 2010. Her last feature, Girlhood, opened the Directors'
Fortnight in 2014. Céline Sciamma is also a screenwriter
(Quand à 17 ans directed by André Téchiné, Ma vie de
courgette directed by Claude Barras, The Returned directed
by Fabrice Gobert...).

Since 2014, the Erasmus + Agency supports fifib. Once more, a jury of Erasmus students will give a special rewarding a feature from the competition. Erasmus + is the European program which offers more opportunities to students as well as the key players of the cultural industry scene. It is a special opportunity to get training, to study or develop projects with people from all over the world!
